Refund and Returns Policy
We hope you love our teas as much we do, but if you aren’t thrilled with your purchase we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
The cancellation will only be initiated if we receive a request on email from you within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.
*Note: Pre-paid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a credit voucher equivalent to the amount will be issued which you can use against future orders.
Returns (If Applicable)
If the Product received is expired;
non-conformance with order placed by you on the Product type;
damage to the outer box of the Product; or
broken or missing safety seal on the Product packaging.
If you wish to return the product on the above grounds kindly raise a request on email@example.com within 2 hours of receiving the product with below mentioned description :
- Address of dispatch
- Name & Address of the customer
- Order number
- Contents of the package
Please also email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (inside and outside packaging) with our Customer Care representative whom you have been in touch with on email.
We shall refund you the full amount or provide free of cost replacement of the product within Seven (7) days after the product has been delivered, in case approved by Naure’s Stock
Opened products, Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Nature’s Stock is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Important Note: At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. In case the box looks damaged or tempered with, please do not take the delivery of the product. Call or email our customer support immediately.
